What excites you about the CCM industry right now?
The seamless evolution of CCM to CXM is exciting and Low Code promises to open newer horizons for us. We moved away from static messages, to customer-centric and bi-directional interactions and our customers are loving this transformation.
What should we watch out for from Intense Technologies in the coming months?
Our focus is on SaaS, cloud, low-code and advancements driven by AI and ML, to deliver personalized, scalable customer communications. And, helping enterprises move from cost center to revenue center, while prioritizing multiple business use cases.
